Our Grand Cru Deliba is a medium fruity with a strong flavor, and thanks to its intriguing notes it is ideal in the preparation of structured dishes. We recommend it both on meat dishes, BBQ, legumes, and soups and on fish dishes, especially grilled swordfish and blue-fin tuna. Ideal in the preparation of Calabrian salmoriglio for seasoning fish and meat.
