FEATURES
PAIRINGS |
Our sinopolese monovarietal is a light fruity with a delicate taste, thanks to its delicate notes tending toward sweet with a slightly pronounced spiciness it is ideal in the preparation of dishes intended for children. We recommend it on mild-tasting dishes such as white meats like rabbit, and chicken, but also on green salads like lettuce and valerian, ideal on steamed fish but also for fried fish and seafood salads, pumpkin risottos, and for making basil pesto |
TASTING |
It is green in color with golden hues to the eye. The nose is fresh with a reminder of vegetal notes of freshly mowed grass and Treviso radicchio. The mouthfeel is enveloping and is very vegetal with a bitter hint like thistle and spinach. In closing, a very pleasant spicy hint of ginger surprises. |
