The Sinopolese extra virgin olive oil from Deliba – Azienda Agricola F.lli Cosmano is a light fruity oil with a delicate taste. Owing to its gently sweet nuances and its muted spicy notes, it stands out as the perfect addition to dishes designed for children. This EVOO is monovarietal, meaning it’s derived from a singular variety of olives.
Featuring a light fruity tone, it embraces the rich vegetal essence of tomato, artichoke, and almond. This harmonious extra virgin olive oil radiates a golden yellow with subtle green tints. Within its flavor profile, you’ll discover faint hints of spiciness and bitterness, concluding with a herbal finish.

 The Ottobratico extra virgin olive oil from Deliba Azienda Agricola F.lli Cosmano originates from the warm lands of the Calabria region in southern Italy. This monovarietal extra virgin oil, with its medium fruity flavor, is produced from the Ottobratica variety — a gem that characterizes and pays homage to this remarkable territory through its aromas. It’s an EVOO rich in polyphenols (between 600/700 ppm), oleic acid, and vitamin E.
 The Ottobratico extra virgin olive oil from Deliba – Azienda Agricola F.lli Cosmano is a monovarietal extra virgin with a medium fruitiness that offers delightful hints of almond and artichoke. When tasted, prominent spicy and bitter notes emerge, accompanied by a herbal and almond aftertaste. It’s important to note that the spicy and bitter flavors highlight the presence of polyphenols and antioxidant substances that help keep our body in excellent health.
